As a dentist, I don’t always get to be the bearer of good news; so I’m excited to share that more research has been done that shows correlations between certain cheeses and their ability to fight cavities.
Cheese is also a good source of calcium and can help keep your bones (like your jaw bone, for example) strong and healthy.

Sausage and Bell Pepper Baked Eggs
with Gouda Cheese
The Eccentric Cook 35 min total 4 servings
4 large eggs
1 cup Gouda cheese
1 ½ cups sausage, cooked or use cubed summer sausage
1 red bell pepper, very thinly sliced
Place the cut bell peppers evenly in 4 fire-resisting cups. Add sausage pieces and cheese on top.
Crack one egg in each cup and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
Bake them at 390 degrees F in a pre-heated oven for about 10-13 minutes.
